hi iomprojectgva ,
the URL you provided takes to someplace i don't know and i am pretty sure that no SageFrame installed there.
About: Page Not Accessible, it show that you haven't given anonymous user permission to that page. Login into SageFrame via superuser credential and then give permission to your required page.

Thank you for your response.

When you register, you will receive a confirmation email to complete your registration. I customized the page "Account Activation" via "Message Template Management", and I changed the address of the page "Activation Link". What is the module that allows me to check user permission the page "Account Activation"?

HI Fabiano,
First thing: Message Template management allows you create or customize your messages and those message are send to mail. The template you see there doesn't represents any of the pages you see in the front.

Have you edited the source and replace the link ?

or try this http://www.myhostname.org/sf/sfUser-Activation.aspx?ActivationCode=Sz+ik1RgHRReW2k3qTZ9b8ArSbJLMBD35Q8Eprw==

sf/sf represents the default pages in SageFrame
